KEANE FOUNDATION TO EXTEND PROGRAMS
The Mission of the Richard M. Keane Foundation is to support, sustain, and develop programs for the community that will offer sports, fitness, educational and recreational programs.
The Keane Foundation has been blessed with the support of the community in all of our fund raising efforts, and with assistance of the Town of Wethersfield and the State of Connecticut as well. As The Keane Foundation goes into our 15th year of enrichment programs for children in the community, we have chosen to support other programs whose mission is similar to the Keane Foundation's Mission. (The Mission of the Richard M. Keane Foundation is to support, sustain, and develop programs for the community that will offer sports, fitness, educational and recreational programs.)
Community organizations with a program that needs support should download and print:

The program is supported by the Keane Foundation and the Parks and Recreation Department. The program provides friendship, fun and sports. In the past children have participated in Campardy (like Jeopardy, including stage and buzzers to signal that they have the answer); CT Science Center programs; visited with Police Department Canines and joined Zumba exercise classes.
More interesting enrichment activities are planned for this year.
Parents and children have loved this program and have given high marks in evaluations, with comments from parents like “My son just absolutely loves your program. Thank you for everything!” And from the kids: “Keane on Kids Rocks!,” “I love Kickball,” and “Campardy is awesome!”
Registration is required and space is limited, so sign up early!
Come join the fun after school on Mondays and Tuesdays starting November 2, through December 15 (7 weeks on Mondays and 6 weeks on Tuesdays). Children may sign up for one day or for both days.
